Mountain Heights Custom Homes is a residential home builder in the Mini-Cassia Area. We can help design your home from start to finish. From concept to move in, we are here every step of the way to make sure your custom home is built just the way you want. We also have spec home inventory to choose from. How we started
We are a locally owned business, founded in 2017. Our company has been involved in building and developing since its conception, but decided to take it to the next level in 2021 by become a full service design and build company. Sandy, one of the original company founders, brought on Jacobi as a designer/drafter. A few years later, Jacobi’s husband, James, onboarded as a construction manager. Now our family owned business has every angle covered in the residential building world.

Our homes are intentionally designed with larger aspirations. Architecture is meant to give meaning and radiate beauty to its residents. Our mission is to give every homeowner something unique, something to call their own, and inspire elevated living.

Sandy Koch
Office Manager
As one of the original founders, Sandy has seen the evolution of the company since its inception. She has 30+ years of experience as a Realtor, and has been closely involved in many new construction home projects. Her expansive knowledge in buying and selling real estate makes for smooth transactions and she is an expert at heading off any potential hurdles.
Jacobi Starling
Designer/Drafter
In 2021, Jacobi decided to make a career change and get her real estate license. She partnered up with her mother, Sandy, and the opportunity to start designing homes for Mountain Heights soon followed. She has been in the residential construction business since 2010 and is passionate about creating unique and inviting homes in the Mini-Cassia area.
James Starling
Field Manager
We like to call James our ‘boots on the ground’. His extensive and diverse construction background lends his a well rounded eye for detail and quality control on our jobsites. He is a great link between the office and the our contractors and helps bring the plans and designs into reality.
